Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rub the flank steak with olive oil, then sprinkle the garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper over the steak, allowing it to absorb the flavors.
  2. Place the seasoned steak in the crock pot, add chopped onion and cilantro, juice the limes over the steak, and pour beef broth around the edges.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
  4. Once cooked, shred the beef with forks and drizzle with additional lime juice if desired.
  5. Melt butter in a skillet, fry the mini tortillas until warmed, then keep wrapped in a towel.
