Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt your unsalted butter in a large mixing bowl and cool slightly. Add in granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers bars into the brownie batter using a spatula.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the surface.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Remove from oven, let cool for about 10 minutes, and drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and allow to cool completely before slicing.
