Method
 

Whisking the Base
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of whole milk, 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk vigorously for about 2–3 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Adding Peanut Butter
  1. Spoon in 1 cup of creamy peanut butter into the mixture. Mix thoroughly for another 2–4 minutes until mostly combined.
Churning the Ice Cream
  1. Pour your peanut butter mixture into an ice cream maker and let it churn for about 25-30 minutes until thickened.
Creating Jelly Swirls
  1. During the last 5 minutes of churning, drizzle in 1/2 cup of warmed fruit jelly or jam to create swirls.
Freezing to Firm Up
  1. Transfer the ice cream mixture into an airtight container, press plastic wrap against the surface, and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
