Method
 

Main Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of peanut butter, ½ cup of honey, and 2 cups of oats. Stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  2. Fold in ½ cup of shredded coconut, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, and 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal. Continue to mix until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  3. Gently fold in ½ cup of chocolate chips or chunks into the mixture, ensuring they are spread throughout the dough.
  4. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about 1 inch in diameter, aiming for around 16-20 energy balls.
  5. Place the formed energy balls on a plate or in an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer your energy balls to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or freeze for up to 6 months.
