- In a small glass bowl, combine ½ cup of heavy cream, ½ cup of oat milk, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Whisk with a hand frother for about 30 seconds until thick and creamy.
- Take a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes halfway. Pour in 1 cup of cold brew coffee or your preferred iced coffee until nearly full.
- Spoon the frothed pumpkin cream cold foam over the iced coffee, allowing it to float on top.
- For an extra flourish, lightly sprinkle ground cinnamon over the foam.
