- Start by rinsing and peeling 4 ripe kiwi fruits. Cut them into small chunks.
- In a blender, combine kiwi chunks, juice of 1 lemon, and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a large pitcher, add the remaining 6 cups of water, and stir gently.
- Add ¼ cup of sugar to the pitcher and stir until fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Fill glasses with plenty of ice, pour the mixture over the ice, and serve.
