Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by rinsing and peeling 4 ripe kiwi fruits. Cut them into small chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine kiwi chunks, juice of 1 lemon, and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a large pitcher, add the remaining 6 cups of water, and stir gently.
  4. Add ¼ cup of sugar to the pitcher and stir until fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Fill glasses with plenty of ice, pour the mixture over the ice, and serve.
  6. Garnish each glass with slices of kiwi and lemon for presentation.
