Step-by-Step Instructions for Blackberry Sage Cold Brew
  1. In a large jar, combine coarsely ground coffee and cold water, stirring well. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
  2. In a medium bowl, add fresh blackberries, sage leaves, and maple syrup. Muddle gently to release juices and flavors.
  3. Place a fine mesh strainer over a clean pitcher. Pour the cold brew coffee through, filtering out the coarse coffee grounds.
  4. Fill chilled glasses with ice cubes. Pour the strained cold brew over the muddled mixture and enjoy the visual layers.
  5. Warm the barista oat milk over low heat, then mix in the remaining maple syrup. Froth until creamy.
  6. Spoon the frothy oat milk over the drinks and garnish with extra blackberries and sage leaves.
