Preparation Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of frozen blueberries, 1 cup of water, ¼ cup of organic raw sugar, and 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 5 minutes, mashing the blueberries with a fork.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the pulp, and let it cool completely.
- While the blueberry juice cools, boil 4 cups of water in a separate pot or kettle. Once boiling, remove it from heat and steep 4–6 bags of strong green tea for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and let the brewed tea cool to room temperature.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled blueberry juice, the cooled green tea, and the remaining ¼ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well and serve over ice or refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
For the best flavor, always use freshly squeezed lemon juice and adjust sweetness to your preference. Allow the beverage to chill for an hour to enhance the refreshing experience.
