Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Hibiscus Iced
  1. Pour 5 cups of fresh, filtered water into a medium pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, carefully stir in ½ cup of dried hibiscus flowers and let steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour the hibiscus mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher, discarding the flower remnants.
  4. Stir in 1 ½ cups of frozen strawberries and 10 leaves of fresh mint into the pitcher.
  5. Add 1/3 cup of honey and stir until fully dissolved.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving or serve over ice immediately.
