Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell peppers, and sauté for 5-6 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for another 30 seconds before removing from heat.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 7-8 minutes, breaking it apart. Add Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add softened cream cheese, and stir until melted and smooth.
