Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube your sweet potatoes and toss with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25–30 minutes.
  3. Crumble the Italian sausage into a skillet and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in the skillet until fragrant.
  5. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Add to skillet.
  6. Return sausage to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes, mixing well.
  7. Add roasted sweet potatoes to the skillet, tossing to coat with sauce.
  8. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley.
