  • 4 large Eggs No substitutions recommended for texture.
  • 2 tablespoons Milk Can use plant milk.

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with other cheeses.
For the Dough
  • 1 tube Crescent Roll Dough Alternatives include puff pastry or tortillas.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Can substitute with olive oil.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sausage links and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until combined. Pour into the skillet over medium-low heat, stirring gently for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Open and unroll the crescent roll dough on a floured surface, pinching seams together.
  4. On one end of the prepared dough, place a scoop of the sausage and scrambled eggs, sprinkle with cheese, and roll tightly. Pinch edges to seal.
  5. Transfer roll-ups to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.
  6. Let cool for a minute before serving, ideally with fresh fruit or yogurt.
