Preparation Steps

  2. Unroll the chilled puff pastry sheets onto a flat surface and drizzle honey over each sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the walnuts, blue cheese, Parmesan, and thyme evenly on the pastry, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly and cut in half lengthwise.
  5. Twist each half into a coil shape and place on baking paper.
  6. Brush the surface with milk and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.
