Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, diced red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper. Cook in a skillet until set.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough sheets on a floured surface and pinch seams to form a rectangle.
  4. Spread the whipped chive and onion cream cheese over the dough.
  5. Layer the scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese over the cream cheese.
  6. Roll the dough up tightly, slice into 12 pieces, and place them upright in the baking pan.
  7. Bake for 24-26 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let the rolls cool slightly, then serve warm.
