Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing and chopping your vegetables, including broccoli, carrots, and peas, into bite-sized pieces. Cut the chicken into small chunks as well.
  2. In your crockpot, layer the ingredients starting with the chicken pieces at the bottom. Next, add the chopped vegetables, and finally sprinkle the rice evenly on top.
  3. Pour the soy sauce and drizzle the sesame oil over the layered ingredients, ensuring everything is well coated. Gently combine the top layers without disturbing the bottom too much.
  4. Cover the crockpot and set it to low heat for 4-6 hours, or high heat for 2-3 hours.
  5. Once cooked, take two forks and shred the chicken directly in the crockpot, mixing it back into the rice and vegetables. Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
