Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay one large flour tortilla flat and layer slices of roast beef and shredded cheese in the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops and sides with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- While baking, prepare the au jus by simmering beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan for 5–7 minutes.
- Allow roll ups to cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with the au jus.
