Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 6–8 minutes until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out each refrigerated biscuit into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit and fold edges securely.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and minced garlic together.
- Brush the tops of each bomb with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over each bomb.
- Place the baking sheet in preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
