Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb Ground Beef or ground turkey or plant-based meat
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust according to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper preferably freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh garlic for stronger flavor
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce or soy sauce if unavailable
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese alternative cheeses can be used
Dough
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough or homemade dough for fresher taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted, can substitute with olive oil
Topping
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic adjust based on preference
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese or other hard cheeses
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 6–8 minutes until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll out each refrigerated biscuit into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit and fold edges securely.
  6. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and minced garlic together.
  7. Brush the tops of each bomb with the garlic butter mixture.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over each bomb.
  9. Place the baking sheet in preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
