Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix until well blended and allow to chill for about 15 minutes.
- Stack three sheets of phyllo dough on a flat surface, brushing each layer with melted butter, and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Press each phyllo square into the muffin cups and spoon about 1 teaspoon of filling into each shell.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until the phyllo is golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before serving.
