  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon Thick-cut bacon is preferred.
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese Smoked gouda can be used for a twist.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing Any creamy dressing can serve as an alternative.
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Chips Other pickles can be used.
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Margarine or olive oil can substitute.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise.
  3. Generously spread softened butter on the inside of each hoagie roll.
  4. Toast the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet for about 5 minutes.
  5. Grill the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches with grilled chicken in each hoagie roll.
  7. Layer crispy bacon slices on top of the grilled chicken.
  8. Add a generous handful of shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top.
  9. Return the sandwiches to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt cheese.
  10. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top of each sandwich.
  11. Top with zesty dill pickle chips.
  12. Slice sandwiches in half, serve warm, and enjoy.
