For the Spiderweb Topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, and salt until smooth. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to spread thinly. Cook 1-2 minutes until edges lift. Flip and cook 1 more minute.
  4. Transfer to a plate, stack, and cover with a towel to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Drizzle chocolate sauce in a spiderweb pattern on each crepe, pull lines to create the web effect.
  6. Top with whipped cream and fresh berries before serving immediately.
