Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles by boiling a pot of water, add noodles, and cook according to package instructions for 4-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and honey, mix with garlic, add cornstarch, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Combine cooked noodles and chicken in the skillet, toss with the sticky sauce, and add chopped vegetables.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
