  • 1/2 cup Sugar can use brown sugar for richer taste
  • 1/3 cup White Vinegar no direct substitute
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce can omit if unavailable
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes adjust according to spice preference
Optional Additions
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks optional
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds optional garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prep the Pork - Cut the pork tenderloin into 1-inch cubes and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Step 2: Set Up Breading Station - Prepare bowls with whisked eggs and cornstarch for breading.
  3. Step 3: Make the Sauce - Combine chili sauce, chicken stock, sugar, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and red chili flakes.
  4. Step 4: Fry the Pork - Heat oil to 350°F, dip pork in egg, coat with cornstarch, and fry until golden.
  5. Step 5: Combine and Bake - Layer fried pork with pineapple in a baking dish and pour sauce over it. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
