- Prepare vegetables by washing and shredding greens, slicing cucumber, shredding carrots, and slicing red onion.
- On flat surface, lay out tortillas and spread mayonnaise or Greek yogurt in the center.
- Layer wraps with greens, sweet chili chicken mixture, carrots, cucumber, red onion, avocado, cheese, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly by folding sides inward and rolling from bottom to top. Slice if desired.
