Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the ground turkey to the pan with the sautéed onions. Sprinkle in taco seasoning and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, breaking apart the meat until fully cooked.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Fill each of the taco shells with the meat mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Place the filled taco shells in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and shells are crispy.
  5. Arrange the taco shells on a large serving board, leaving the center open for toppings.
  6. In the center, place bowls filled with toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and various salsas, along with sour cream and guacamole.
