Preparation Steps
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of Italian bread.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Place one slice of buttered bread in the skillet and toast until golden brown (3-4 minutes).
- Layer mozzarella and provolone on the toasted bread, followed by deli ham and salami.
- Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the second slice of bread and place it on top of the fillings.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes, pressing gently with a spatula.
- Flip the sandwich and toast the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder, cut, and serve.
