Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat until it's a light golden color.

  4. Incorporate chopped sundried tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Gradually add heavy cream, vegetable stock, lemon juice, and white cooking wine while stirring.
  6. Whisk in grated Parmesan and cook for 2-3 minutes until melted and thickened.
