  • 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder Fresh dragonfruit can substitute
  • 1 large banana Frozen for better texture
  • 1 cup mixed berries Substitute with other fruits if desired
  • 1 cup coconut milk Almond or oat milk as alternatives
Toppings
  • 1 cup fresh fruits Strawberries, kiwi, or additional berries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds For crunch
  • 1/4 cup granola Opt for gluten-free varieties if needed

Preparation
  1. Start by preparing all your ingredients: chop the banana and gather mixed berries, spirulina powder, pitaya powder, and coconut milk.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the banana, mixed berries, blue spirulina powder, and coconut milk for the blue smoothie. Blend until creamy.
  3. Without rinsing the blender, add the banana, pink pitaya powder, mixed berries, and coconut milk for the pink layer. Blend until smooth.
  4. Grab a deep bowl and pour in the blue smoothie on one side, followed by the pink smoothie on the other. Swirl gently if desired.
  5. Top with fresh fruit slices, chia seeds, and granola to complete your rainbow smoothie bowl.
