- Start by cutting a ripe watermelon into chunks and blending them in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to yield approximately 2-3 cups of fresh watermelon juice.
- In a large pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, dry rosé wine, St. Germain, and lime zest. Stir gently to blend.
- Cover the pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
