  • 1 bottle Sparkling Wine Champagne, Prosecco, or Moscato works well
For Garnishes
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint Optional, for aroma and freshness
  • 1 slice Watermelon Wedge For garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting a ripe watermelon into chunks and blending them in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to yield approximately 2-3 cups of fresh watermelon juice.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, dry rosé wine, St. Germain, and lime zest. Stir gently to blend.
  3. Cover the pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Just before serving, stir the mixture and pour in the sparkling wine, stirring gently.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Watermelon Sangria over the ice. Garnish with fresh mint and a watermelon wedge.
