Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Cups
  • 13.25 oz White or Yellow Cake Mix Any flavored cake mix will work.
  • 0.25 cup Flour Aids in stabilizing the dough.
  • 8 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted Let it cool before mixing.
  • 1 large Egg For moisture.
  • 1 large Egg Yolk
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract Real vanilla recommended.
  • 0.25 cup Sugar for rolling Optional but recommended.
For the White Chocolate Ganache
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips Main component for ganache.
  • 0.25 cup Heavy Cream
For the Bunny Faces
  • 58 pieces M&Ms Use pastel shades.

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix and flour.
  3. Mix in melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. Scoop out dough and roll into 1-tablespoon sized balls, optionally rolling in sugar.
  5. Bake for about 14 minutes, until puffy and slightly cracked. Indent centers while warm.
  6. Cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
  7. Microwave white chocolate chips and heavy cream until smooth to make ganache.
  8. Fill each cooled cookie cup with the ganache.
  9. Top with one whole M&M for the face and two halves for the ears.
  10. Let ganache set at room temperature for about 2 hours before serving.
