- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, lightly greasing it.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted unsalted butter and light brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Fold this into the wet ingredients until no flour streaks remain.
- Gently fold in white chocolate chips and raspberries, distributing evenly throughout the batter.
- Spread the batter evenly in the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes before lifting out with the parchment and cooling completely on a wire rack. Slice into squares.
