Preparation
- Prepare the easy no-knead pizza dough, mixing flour, water, and yeast as instructed. Cover and let rest for at least 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Slice fresh mozzarella into ½-inch pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Shape rested dough into a rectangular or round shape approximately 9x13 inches.
- Combine olive oil, water, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a jar. Shake until emulsified.
- Pour the prepared brine over the shaped dough and evenly distribute. Add mozzarella slices.
- Transfer pizza onto a preheated pizza stone and bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Once baked, remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with grated parmesan, parsley, and black pepper.
